Seven Years and Counting: Norman’s Story, continued

Video

A stable home with supportive services changed Norman's life.

We first met Norman in 2011, when he moved into his new home at The Coronet in San Francisco. Seven years later, he said: “What the Coronet means to me is more than just a building, it’s the people that make up the heartbeat of The Coronet. We can be human. We can be ourselves. I’ve found home.”

View the video above to learn more about Norman and how the combination of affordable housing and services has made living on the streets a thing of the past.

Norman passed away in 2021; our hearts go out to his community of friends. We are glad that Norman enjoyed a decade of life at The Coronet and are grateful that he chose to share his story on BRIDGEtown.
