The Peninsula Regent is a market-rate continuing-care retirement community developed by BAC Associates and operated by Bay Area Senior Services, Inc., a BRIDGE affiliate licensed to provide continuing care for the elderly. The development offers a wide range of quality services and amenities, including theaters, a pool, a fitness center, a 20-bed assisted living wing, and full dining, medical, and housekeeping services. The Peninsula Regent generates fees that help BRIDGE fund its affordable housing programs, and provides a top-of-the-line service model for BRIDGE activities, such as visiting nurse programs at several low-income senior projects. The Peninsula Regent is the winner of a Gold Nugget “Best in the West” Award.
