Richmond City Center

Back to list

Richmond City Center is the result of a transformation of four vacant blocks and an abandoned building in Richmond’s downtown into quality affordable housing and a much-needed retail center. Richmond City Center Apartments offers 64 affordable one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. The property is conveniently located just blocks from a BART station, post office, medical facilities, and a grocery store. The Urban Land Institute has honored Richmond City Center with its Award for Excellence.

The 34 Park Circle townhomes for first-time homebuyers were part of the third phase of the BRIDGE’s redevelopment plan for downtown Richmond. Park Circle followed The Carquinez Apartments for seniors and the adjacent City Center Apartments. Adjacent to the housing is a supermarket, pharmacy, retail shops and the Veteran’s Memorial Park. The townhomes include 12 two-bedroom homes and 22 three-bedroom homes. They have fully landscaped front yards and private back yards with patios.
