Back to listThe second phase of the Mandela Gateway neighborhood revitalization effort is the construction of 14 for-sale homes. The ten townhomes and four condominiums are affordable to families making up to 100 percent of the area median income with sale prices ranging from $119,000 to $221,500. Mandela Gateway Townhomes were marketed by BRIDGE affiliate, HomeBricks. These homes, along with the Mandela Gateway rental development, which includes retail space, play a key role in the revitalization of the West Oakland neighborhood and in the West Oakland Transit Village plan.
