La Pradera Apartments
Back to listBRIDGE worked with a local nonprofit to develop this 48-unit affordable housing complex on a 4.5-acre parcel in Calistoga. La Pradera Apartments is located near stores and restaurants of downtown Calistoga in the beautiful Napa Valley. The property includes a community room, a landscaped children’s play area, a turf field, and extensive community gardens.
