Irvington Terrace

Back to list

The common areas of Fremont’s Irvington Terrace are thoughtfully designed to meet the varying needs of families. One hundred affordable apartments are arranged in three stories over a parking garage, allowing first-floor apartments to have individual entries, and every apartment having either a private balcony or patio. The large courtyard takes advantage of the building’s southern exposure, providing areas of sun and shade. The community room, two large landscaped courtyards, offices, laundry, and a large lobby/living room are included amenities. Irvington Terrace received a 2008 Gold Nugget Grand Award for Best Affordable Project. Irvington is also conveniently located within one-half mile of parks, schools, restaurants, and food markets. Eleven units are filled on a referral basis.
