The design incorporates two separate community-purpose rooms that can be used for community gatherings, civic meetings, resident social services, arts and sustainable education. Open space is an integral part of the site and building concept which includes active and passive use courtyards with raised planters, walkways, and plenty of outdoor gathering spaces. Landscape design fosters a sustainable and inviting outdoor recreation environment that compliments the outdoor southern California lifestyle.
