Emery Bay Apartments
Back to listBRIDGE and its partner, The Martin Group, worked with the City of Emeryville to develop the Emery Bay II Apartments on a three-acre site. A mixed-income property, 40 percent of the apartments were made affordable through assistance from the city. Emery Bay II Apartments are adjacent to the larger 424-apartment, market-rate Emery Bay Club and Apartments.
