Chestnut Creek

BRIDGE was asked by the City of South San Francisco to develop senior housing on a one-acre site at the corner of Mission Road and Chestnut Avenue. A charming senior community, Chestnut Creek is within walking distance of shopping, health care, social services, and recreation areas, and is near the South San Francisco BART station. The design, in a “Mission Eclectic” style, features a community room that opens onto a central courtyard.
