Avanza 490 is affordable to households with incomes between 30% and 60%AMI, with 20 units (25%) set aside for public housing relocatees from HOPE SF projects. The ground floor has services space available to residents and community members. Resident amenities include a community room, laundry rooms, bike parking, and courtyard. Mission Housing provides resident services.
