Coleridge Park Homes

Located in the Bernal Heights district of San Francisco, Coleridge Park Homes is a senior property featuring a large landscaped interior courtyard and a combined community room and recreation center. BRIDGE and the Bernal Heights Community Foundation worked closely together in the development of the housing and a neighborhood park. The use of tax credits makes most of the apartments available to very-low-income seniors. Coleridge Park Homes is the recipient of both a Gold Nugget Award and a Fannie Mae Maxwell Award for Excellence.
