Chelsea Gardens

Located in the Roseland area of Santa Rosa, Chelsea Gardens was acquired and rehabilitated by BRIDGE. The property successfully preserved 120 affordable apartments that might otherwise have been converted to market rate. Rehabilitation activities included both interior and exterior improvements plus complete renovation of the main community building. The property serves both seniors and families and boasts a swimming pool, children’s play areas, and a community garden.
