Pacific Oaks Apartments

Situated on a four-acre development in Pacifica, Pacific Oaks provides 104 homes for low-income seniors and is a partnership with Adams & Graves. BRIDGE coordinated its efforts with its partners to create this high-quality development at a time when federal and state subsidies were virtually unavailable. BRIDGE used its entitlement skills, including creating a public ballot initiative, to garner support for the development. Residents have easy access to a shopping center directly across the street and other amenities, including other properties for senior living, are nearby.
