BRIDGE acquired this 90-apartment property in the Kentfield neighborhood of Stockton as part of a coordinated neighborhood revitalization program initiated by the City of Stockton. The city identified the acquisition and rehabilitation of the severely distressed Kentfield Apartments as a critical program goal. BRIDGE acquired the site and completed a major rehabilitation of the property in 2009. The apartments are conveniently located near a park, a mall, schools, and public transportation.
