Amancio Ergina Village

BRIDGE provided financial support for the redesign of this co-op apartment building. The improved design, which received broad community support, draws on elements of local row house architecture so that it blends easily into its San Francisco neighborhood while incorporating modern amenities such as skylights and decks that give the homes a sense of spaciousness. The one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences feature back porches and a landscaped courtyard for communal use.
